Meet Julie

I have a Masters in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). I also have a Masters in Management from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service. I graduated from Middlebury College after a successful high school experience at Choate Rosemary Hall.

I’ve been an LMSW since 1995. In the past 6 years, I started my practice again after an earlier career. In addition to my private practice and coaching career, I’ve worked in the government and the nonprofit sector for 20 years.

I am a high-level athlete who knows what it takes to win. This drives me in my personal and professional life as well. I’m a nationally-ranked squash player who has won 14 national titles. And even so, I’ve lost more than I’ve won. I truly understand the agony of defeat and know how important it is to perform well and deliver outstanding results.

I can help others feeling the pressure to succeed. As a therapist, I’ve worked with many young adults around life issues blocking them from moving forward in life and career issues.
