Often, the pressure of competitive sports programs is overwhelming and can impede performance. I coach young athletes who are struggling and help them achieve their goals and even reach new levels.

Nothing is more upsetting than a conflict with a loved one, especially if you are out of ideas for how to resolve the issues. We can work either one-on-one or with other family members to improve the dynamic.

When a legal matter comes up, I coordinate with other providers to help streamline your process and find you referrals, whether you need a lawyer, forensic interviewer or attorney for the children.
